Can you attach your build.xml? I have seen this happen
when I accidentally added whitespace in certain places
or was missing a ?. You probably just accidentally hit
a key while editing the file or something.

You should be able to make a new project of the same
type and then overwrite your build.xml with the one
from it. You can then delete the new project which was
just created to have build.xml. If you had any
customizations you will have to add them again. There
isn't anything special in build.xml by default other
than the project name, so you will have to set the
name attribute of the project XML element to what ever
it was before. Had you accidentally selected all the
text (CTRL-A) or something and hit delete maybe and
had not noticed? If not you might want to look in your
user directory under .netbeans/#/var/log and see if
there are any exceptions dealing with build.xml or ANT
or something or try to remember what you were doing
right before this happened. Then you can file a bug
at:
http://www.netbeans.org/community/issues

Did you add that value to your manifest by hand?
Windows inf and ini files use sections like that
[SomeName]

but sections and even attributes in manifest files
follow the basic mime header structure of
Name: Value\r\n

Wow. I have no idea. Something it seems really messed
your project up though. If you want you can attach the
manifest.

Just overwrite it with:
Manifest-Version: 1.0

and put two extra empty lines at the end of the file.
You should then be able to build it. That is really
weird those things have gotten into your files. Do you
have anti-virus on your system? Do you use:
http://www.triond.com/

I'm wondering how it was even known to your system and
with what software you ever added it to. Was this some
type of a bookmark in your internet browser? If you
did not add that shortcut to an application at some
point and then notice your projects broke (bug in that
application) or are not familiar with that URL then I
would suspect a virus or something on your system.
