Refresh CVS View

Refresh CVS View

Hello,

I'm using NetBeans 200508231800 on Windows 2000 and JDK 5.0, along with the new CVS.

I started developing on an application that was already in CVS control but did not have the .cvsignore files set up.  I did a build of the app and notice that all of the files in the "build" directory show up as Locally New.  At this time I noticed that I needed to set up the .cvsignore files.

I set up the .cvsignore files and did a clean and CVS refresh, but the files in the build directory still show up as Locally New, even though they don't even exist after the clean operation.  In the CVS window they show up as Locally New but the Repository Path column is blank.  See attached screenshot demonstrating this.

How can I "refresh" the CVS view so it now ingores these files?  It seems as if they're being held in a cache somewhere or something like that.  It really clutters up the CVS view.

Thanks!

Re: Refresh CVS View

Maros Sandor

Hi,

you use quite old build so these bugs may have already been fixed.
Anyway, CVS statuses of all files are refreshed with Show XXX status or
Update XXX actions. Locally new files are also refreshed upon IDE
startup. Please try latest builds before submitting a bug.

Regards,
