Java db cannot start on netbeans.How to resolve this?

Tue Feb 19 16:38:26 CET 2013 : Security manager installed using the Basic server security policy.
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError
        at com.mysql.jdbc.NonRegisteringDriver.parseURL(NonRegisteringDriver.java:617)
        at com.mysql.jdbc.NonRegisteringDriver.acceptsURL(NonRegisteringDriver.java:265)
        at java.sql.DriverManager.getDriver(DriverManager.java:273)
        at org.apache.derby.impl.drda.NetworkServerControlImpl.startNetworkServer(Unknown Source)

Update the security manager settings to allow the application to read the directory where JavaDB is stored.

Every you John. Thanks again; but unfortunately i am new in java and galssfish i have no idea how to Update my security manager settings. Can you give me a tip how to do it?
