Hard drive high usage just when moving cursor in editor

crtz
Whenever I move the cursor with arrow keys in the code editor in Netbeans my hard drive is accessed as if something is being written or read from it. Very intensively.
It's enough to move the cursor just by one position so that netbeans immediately write (or maybe read) something to the hard drive. Same is when typing.

And if I hold the arrow key, the sound coming from my hard drive is almost like during defragmention.

I tried to disable version control plugins, the history plugin. Nothing helps.

Is it a bug? If it's a feature, how to disable it?
I'm using Netbeans 8.2 PHP 64 bit, on Windows 8.1
