GIT and Module Suite Project

Hermann Matthes-2
Hello everybody,

I have an old module suite project named timekeeper which I upgraded to
NB8.2 and Java8. It contains 42 library wrapper modules and 33 java
source modules.

Now I installed GitLab on my QNAP NAS and want to use it as a source
code repository.

Can anybody tell me how to set up the project structure in GIT that I
can treat the whole module suite as one unit?

Thanks in advance

Hermann

You'll need all modules to be in directories below a master directory.
Then you initialize your Git repo from that top-level directory.
Voila.

This way there's only one Git repo containing all modules.
