[Fwd: Re: ISP Contact: erroneous listing]

U. George
My mail log showed that netbeans.org/listserver got listed with
spamcop.net.
It got better at ~12:01pmEST .

Is there an issue with bogus/unverified signups that would compell folks
to submit spam/unsolicited mail reports?

Well I don't know what is running on that IP but I do see that they have
sent email to a bunch of SC users who never signed up to receive mail from
them.

Listings and delistings are automated -- IPs list when there are spam
reports and delist when there have been no reports for 24 hours. The last
spam was received 13  hours ago.
