Deploying a Gradle JEE project into Application server

Hello everyone.

When Maven is used, netbeans is capable of deploying the resultin WAR/EAR into an application server, be it GlassFish,WildFly etc.

With Gradle however, this is no longer possible. I have installed


NetBeans Gradle plugin
NetBeans JEE Gradle plugin


Both to no avail. Is there a solution to this ? Or is this planed ? The automatic redeployment feature and an easy deployment of NetBeans + Maven is nice to have.
